There were numerous sightings of the very rare for Scilly " Red Kite " today around the Islands. I managed to see it from Porth Hellick when it climbed exceedingly high over the Airport then drifted away to the east. My photo was taken wen it was a tiny dot high in the sky !!! There have been hundred over West Cornwall but they don't seem to like fling over the sea ! .........Robin Mawer
