Dave " Dinger " Bell the Transatlantic Solo Rower one mile south of St. Mary's at 10.00 am this morning battling against the tide and making little progress at the moment until the tide turns in his favour. He had made a brief visit into Porthcressa at 8.00 am. He is now heading to finish at Newlyn instead of Falmouth because of approaching bad weather !....Robin Mawer
