The large Dutch Ketch " Lotos " (built in 1910 as a Lugger) at anchor near Taylors Island. She worked as a Herring Drifter in the North Sea until 1929. She went to Norway as a freighter for 50 years before returning to Holland being refitted as a Ketch to a high standard for worldwide Charter Work and in 2009 became privately owned..... Robin Mawer
