Just before dark at Lower Moors this evening this very smart " Water Rail " appeared and showed well for a while before flying off north. It is usually too dark for good photos by the time they come out well into the open !!!!.........Robin Mawer

I have to admit that that is the weirdest looking Water Rail I have ever seen.... I would have called that a cruise liner.... maybe I am getting older....
