An adult Black-crowned Night Heron in the willows trees at Porth Hellick Pool at 7.30pm. this evening. It was calling a lot and was first seen at a similar time last night in the same place. This is a very unusual visitor for this time of year ! Difficult to photograph in the late evening light !..........Robin Mawer
