The large French Trimaran " Sodebo Ultim " skippered by Thomas Coville, crossed the finish line at Lizard Point at 6.29pm.this evening after crossing the Atlantic from New York to get the Single-handed Solo Transatlantic Record. He did it in 4 days 11hrs 10 mins 23 secs. This beat the Record set three days ago by Francis Joyen in the trimaran " Idec Spirit " of 5 days 2 hrs 7 mins. !.............Robin Mawer
