  The German Cruise Ship " Artania " in Crow sound today as there was too much swell in the Roads for transfering passengers. She was built for Princess Cruises as " Royal Princess " and was named and launched in Southampton on 15 November 1984 by Diana, Princess of Wales .She cruised as Royal Princess until April 2005, when she was transferred to the control of P&O Cruises, and was renamed Artemis. In 2011, she moved to Phoenix Reisen's fleet, under the modified name Artania. ......Robin Mawer
