  The large Schooner that saw last night was the " Mariette "  which arrived I Falmouth this morning from Newport R.I.,USA..

She was built in 1915, 138ft. overall and 105ft. hull length.

She had refit in the Pendennis Shipyard in 2010 took part in the Pendennis Cup 2012 event and was overall winner. .....Robin Mawer
