Any body know what this weather Phenomenon is called i have seen it a couple of times before but never had a camera, blue sky behind me and the fog bank in front, is it just a small washed out rainbow or what?pic Phill.

It might be a brocken spectre, often seen in mountains, looking down with the sun behind.
