This afternoon the 11 m British yacht " Osprey " was anchored off the Block House, Old Grimsby, Tresco when the wind freshened a lot from the West and at about 3.30 pm. the yacht started dragging her anchor and ended up aground on the rocks at the southern end of Hege Rock Ledges with a falling tide. Here she is at 5.20 pm. well aground . There is a chance she could re-float somewhere around or after midnight Tonight . The St. Mary's Lifeboat went to Old Grimsby and that area at about 4.30 pm. I don't know if it was called for the Osprey or possibly another boat !!!!.......Robin Mawer
