Hi folks.
Help needed from some of our more senior viewers please. Can anybody identify this gent and if possible give any info about him. The photo is from 1937. All I know is that he is from the launch "Sapphire".

His name is Bill.
The man in the photo is Lionel Hicks, eldest son of Leonard Hicks,who owned Saphire 1&2. Lionel left the Islands many years ago, to where, I know not.
